The External Workforce team at our Client is responsible for managing the full end-to-end process related to the external workforce. Within the team, the Plan & Support function plays a key role in process development, system ownership, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The team works closely with Procurement, Finance, HR, and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding and management of external resources.
Key Assignments:
Drive the definition of the full E2E process for hiring and managing external consultants – from workforce planning and sourcing strategy to onboarding and offboarding
Map and document existing processes (Visio or similar), identify gaps, and drive improvements
Engage with stakeholders across countries and functions to build understanding, alignment, and accountability
Establish clarity between strategic and operational responsibilities across sub-teams (e.g. Plan & Support, Operations)
Support process governance: align with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and business priorities
Act as a bridge between strategy and execution – being both structured and hands-on when needed
Skills:
Proven experience leading complex end-to-end processes, ideally in an international or matrix organization
Skilled in documentation tools like Visio or similar
Strong ability to turn unstructured, unclear workflows into structured frameworks
Confident working in evolving environments
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with external workforce management systems (e.g. VMS platforms)
